具体步骤
1.下载离线包。https://github.com/refined-github/refined-github/releases/download/22.11.21/refined-github-local-install.zip
2.解压refined-github-local-install.zip
3.进入chrome插件管理页面chrome://extensions/，点击“加载已解压的扩展包”，然后选择你刚刚解压后的文件夹即可
